I-Gear Faith Commander
We're interested in your opinions on the I-GEAR Faith Commander Clear and Regular versions with a Nemesis due also - this item is a more classics scale MP Prime but the price is pretty high making a luxury - we would offer it for retail at £69.99 which makes it not much cheaper than a Takara Tomy MP Seeker , look forward to your thoughts :)

Pre-release Clone Wars Captain Rex Cold Weather
Captain Rex Cold Weather scores an okay 6 out of 10 - what should have been awesome ends up being just ordinary - Whats right is that as always he looks pretty cool and comes with twin holsters and pistols - whats wrong is that he comes with pretty pointless detachable shoulder pads and helmet top - the pads fall off frequently and the helmet is just pointless as the whole thing is not removable to show off Rex's face. The combat flak skirting is also pretty annoying as it reduces leg articulation and that coupled with the figure no longer having an ankle pivot means he's pretty limited.
Star Wars Legacy Camo Evo Trooper Mini Review
Top figure scoring a solid 7 out of 10 - this guy looks better in Camo than the regular version who just looked like a Storm Trooper that had taken a wrong turn into the local Halfords. The joints and build are nice and tough and he will stand up under his own weight - the only part that lets it down is the pretty non descript large blaster rifle which lacks detail and is prone to bending.

Animated Blackout Review
Right, our thought on this little guy - we havent got the Hasbro version to compare it to but right off the bat takara tomy Blackout has nice colours and a nice finish, no chrome though which may or may not be a good thing dependant on how you look at it. He transforms easily enough, arms fold down from sides, rear rotor unclips and then the legs fold downward, last thing is to seperate the cockpit to reveal his funny little head.
With regard to articulation he's got just enough, the legs arent long enough to enable anything other than sitting, standing or squatting and the arms do not are just missing that extra joint to allow total movement like on Optimus.
Overall score a def 7.5 out of 10 and although pricey for a voyager probably worth it seeing as his US release seems to have gone quiet.

G1 Piranacon Review
G1 Piranacon - one of the hardest G1 combiners to complete. As you can this combiner comes with a similar amount of accessories to say Bruticus but the 3 piece stands and 6th team member bump the number of parts way up there, the only other combiner who is perhaps harder to complete is G1 Monstructor / Dinoking.
As with all G1 pieces Piranacon and the individual seacons are limited to arm articulation alone, each bot has a nicely presented bot and beast mode along with a targetmaster mode (Snaptrap not included).
All smaller team members can be interchanged for arms or legs as with most G1 combiners with the 6th member being used as a targetmaster in gestalt mode, when doing this you have to be careful that the bot chosen for the arm does not have a section which blocks the positioning of the targemaster a frequent problem seen with most bots apart from Overbite.
Piranacons colours are just the right side of garish, he's an original robot and one of the last generic gestalts before the idea was put on the back-burner, we would recommend him to all with the only downside being the price, in the UK a complete Piranacon can set you back £150 + with the USA being even more pricey at an average - £175 + .
